摘 要:灰霉病是无瓣海桑育苗过程中的重要病害,是影响其育苗成败的关键因素之一。无瓣海桑灰霉病发病植株经室内分离鉴定为灰葡萄孢。室内采用生长速率法测定了7种杀菌剂对其生长的抑制作用。结果表明,咯菌腈、苯甲、丙环唑和醚菌、啶酰菌对无瓣海桑灰霉病有较好的抑制作用,EC50分别为0.10、0.25和0.14 mg/L,苯醚甲环唑、异菌脲其次(EC50分别为2.28、6.44 mg/L),啶酰菌胺和嘧霉胺抑菌效果较差,低浓度嘧霉对灰霉菌的生长有剌激作用,研究结果为无瓣海桑灰霉病的田间防治提供了依据。Gray mold of S. apetala is one of key factors to decide the success or failure in the seedling culture. The seedlings with gray mold were collected from nursery and the pathogen, B. ceinerea was isolated and identified in the lab. The toxicity of seven commercial fungicides were tested to B. ceinerea in the lab. The results show that Fludioxonil, Benzolyl Propiconazole and Kresoxim-methyl Boscalid had good inhibition effects with the EC50 0.10, 0.25 and 0.14 mg/L respectively, followed by Difernoconazole, Iprodiome with the EC50 2.28 and 6.44 mg/L, and Boscalid, Pyrimethanil had less bacteriostatic efficacy; Low concentration Pyrimethanil had a stimulating role on gray mold, The findings orovide a basis for field-controlling B. cinerea of S. apetala.
