摘 要:以油茶良种‘长林4号’、‘长林40号’和‘长林53号’为试材,探讨油茶果实发育后期脂肪酸合成积累与果实矿质元素含量的相关性。研究结果表明,不同无性系品种种实发育进程存在差异性,种子中油脂含量在果实发育后期显著提升,并且种子油脂脂肪酸组分中饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸含量呈显著负相关关系(-0.996 1);油茶种子中油脂的积累和氮、钾元素的含量呈明显负相关关系,相关系数分别为-0.943 3和-0.979 7,磷元素则影响了油茶油脂成分的组成,其含量与种子油脂成分中不饱和脂肪酸含量呈明显负相关关系,相关系数为-0.951 1。The Camellia oleifera varieties such as ‘Changlin 4', ‘Changlin 40' and ‘Changlin 53' were used to study the correlation between mineral elements content and oil accumulation at the later stage of fruit development. The results show that the fruit development process was different among the different varieties; the oil content increased significantly at the later stage of fruit development and the significant negative correlation was found between unsaturated fatty acid and saturated fatty acid content in seeds; the contents of nitrogen and potassium were obviously negative correlated with the oil content in seeds and the correlation coefficients were -0.9433 and -0.9797, respectively; the phosphorus was closely related with the oil composition and the correlation coefficient was -0.9511 between unsaturated fatty acid content and phosphorus content in the seeds.
