柴葛通脉口服液对实验性高脂血症家兔血小板功能影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究柴葛通脉口服液对实验性高脂血症家兔血小板功能的影响。方法 :取家兔 ,给高脂饲料制造模型 ,再给柴葛通脉口服液 ,2 0 d,取血测定血小板功能。结果 :柴葛通脉口服液能降低实验用家兔的血小板聚集 ,加快解聚。结论Purpose:To investigate the effect of Chaigetongmai oral liquid on the function of platelet of experimental hyperlipemia rabbit. Method: the model was made by giving rabbits food with high fat, then given Chaigetongmai oral liquid for 20 days and tested the function of platelet. Result:Chaigetongmai oral liquid could reduce the platelet aggregation and accelerate the platelet depolymerization. Conclusion:Chaigetongmai oral liquid has the antiaggregation function.
