摘　　要：中国悠久的农业历史留下了丰富的农业遗产,农业遗产的保护对农业文化、生物多样性的保护及可持续发展等具有重要意义,近年来,农村居民点整理已成为各地推进城乡统筹发展的重要手段,而这势必对农业遗产保护带来冲击。本文在农村居民点整理与农业遗产保护的内在联系分析的基础上,从农业遗址、传统农业景观、农业生产及农业民俗四个方面,重点探究农村居民点整理对农业遗产保护的影响路径及表现,最后基于农业遗产保护,提出农村居民点整理的制度安排建议,以期通过制度的设计达到两者之间的耦合。China＇s long agricultural history has left a rich agricultural heritage, and the protection of which has important implications for the protection of agricultural culture and biodiversity and sustainable de- velopment. In recent years, rural residential land consolidation has become an important means to promote ur- ban and rural integrated development, which is bound to have an impact on the agricultural heritage protection. On the basis of the analysis of the internal relations of rural residential land consolidation and agricultural her- itage protection, this paper focuses on the exploration of impact path and performance of rural residential land consolidation has on agricultural heritage protection from four aspects： agricultural sites, traditional agricultural landscape, agricultural production and agricultural folk custom. Finally, based on the agricultural heritage pro- tection, this paper proposes the advices for the institutional arrangements of rural residential land consolidation and expects to achieve the coupling between the two by the design of the system.
