摘 要:依据对流换热的场协同原理,研发了提升余热源品位的双螺旋式冷却机和立式冷却机的结构。并以唐钢烧结环冷机设计参数为基础,选取三个计算工况,进行了高效冷却机与环冷机性能对比分析。结果表明,在工况Ⅱ条件下,烧结立冷机和旋冷机高温回收段温度分别达到520℃和444℃,显热提取率分别达89.6%和80.63%,相比环冷机明显提高。According to the field synergy principle of convection heat transfer, the structure of double spiral cooler and vertical cooler were researched and developed to improve the grade of the waste heat source. Based on the design parameters of circular cooler of Tangsteel sinter plant, three calculation working conditions were selected, and the performances of high efficient cooler and circular cooler were compared and analyzed. The results show that, under I1 working condition, the temperature of high temperature waste gas recovery zone of vertical cooler and double spiral cooler is up 520℃ and 444℃ respectively,the sensible heat extraction rate is up to 89.6% and 80. 63% respectively, which are increased remarkably compared with the circular cooler.
