摘  要:锌银蓄电池失效表现为容量不足和蓄电池内部短路,从负极板的变形和钝化及正负极活性物质自放电两个方面,详细分析了引起蓄电池容量不足的失效机理,并从锌枝晶的穿透、正极氧化银的溶解以及氧气对隔膜的缓慢腐蚀方面,分析了引起蓄电池短路失效的机理。针对蓄电池失效机理的分析,从改变电解液浓度和成分以及使用维护注意事项上,探讨了延长蓄电池循环寿命的方法。The shortage of capacity and the interior short circuit are two main phenomenon of the expiry of the zinc-silver battery cycle life. From the aspect of the cathode shape-changing and the active material self-discharging, the failure mechanism causing the shortage of capacity was analyzed. And the reason of the interior short circuit was discussed from the aspect of penetration of zinc dendrite, dissolution of AgO, and erosion of septum. Based on the analysis of the failure mechanism, the methods of prolonging the life of the zinc-silver battery were discussed, including changing thickness and component of the electrolyte, use and maintenance of the battery.
