摘 要:针对风电的随机性、预测精度低的特点,提出一种将日前和日内滚动经济调度相协调的含大规模风电的电力系统协调经济调度策略,建立了基于机会约束规划的含风电电力系统协调经济调度模型。该模型引入了基于置信度的风险备用概念,采用概率的形式来考虑系统的备用约束,以适应风电的随机性,且综合考虑了系统的可靠性、经济性以及新能源利用率。应用本文模型对RTS-96测试系统进行了计算分析,结果证明了本文所提方法的有效性。To deal with the random nature of wind and the low forecast accuracy of wind power, a novel short-term coordinated economic dispatch optimization model based on chance-constrained programming, is proposed. In this model day-ahead dispatch and within-day rolling dispatch are coordinated. Risk reserve constraint is introduced as a confidence level to measure the reliability of power system. Reliability, economy of power system and utilization of wind power are considered in the objective function. The case studies are carried out on RTS-96 test system, and the test results demonstrate the validity and superiority of the proposed model.
