摘 要:采用多种色谱方法从肉桂水溶性提取物中分离得到10个化合物,它们的结构经波谱学方法分别鉴定为Cassoside Ⅰ(1)、Glucosyl methyl ferulate (2)、Caffeine (3)、3-Hydroxy-4-methoxy-phenylethanol(4)、Glycerol-2-(3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid) ether(5)、Cinnacaside (6)、阿魏酸甲酯(7)、Methyl p-hydroxy-trans-cinnamate(8)、Methyl p-hydroxy-cis-cinnamate (9)和(+)-Lyoniresinol 3a-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10).其中化合物1为新化合物,化合物2、4、5、7~9均系首次从该种中分离.In this study,ten compounds were isolated from the water soluble extract of Cinnamomum cassia barks.Their structures were respectively identified as Cassoside Ⅰ (1),Glucosyl methyl ferulate (2),Caffeine (3),3-Hydroxy-4-methoxy-phenylethanol (4),Glycerol-2-(3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid) ether (5),Cinnacaside (6),4-Hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamic acid methyl ester (7),Methyl p-hydroxy-trans-cinnamate (8),Methyl p-hydroxy-cis-cinnamate (9),and (+)-Lyoniresinol 3a-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10) on the basis of spectral data and comparison with literatures.Compound 1 was a new compound,and compounds 2,4,5,7-9 were isolated from this species for the first time.
