摘　　要：采用桨法,蒸馏水为溶出介质,使用HPLC测定妇炎康复片溶出液中芍药苷的含量,计算累积溶出百分率,1stOpt软件进行拟合溶出模型优选及提取溶出参数。结果妇炎康复片中的芍药苷在4 h内溶出达到90%以上,溶出曲线符合威布尔溶出模型,溶出参数T50、T d分别为14 min和26 min。本溶出度测定方法简便易行,准确可靠,可以用于妇炎康复片的质量控制。In this study,the dissolution of paeoniflorin in Fuyan Kangfu tablet was investigated using the paddle method.The content of paeoniflorin dissolved out from Fuyan Kangfu tablet was measured by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）.Different dissolution models and dissolution parameters,including T50 and Td were acquired by 1 stOpt software.The result showed that the dissolution of paeoniflorin from Fuyan Kangfu tablet was beyond 90％ in 4 h experiment.The optimal dissolution model was Weibull dissolution model.The T5oand Td of paeoniflorin were 14 min and 26 min,respectively.This dissolution method was accurate,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of Fuyan Kangfu tablet.
