摘  要:目的研究不同剂量开环异落叶松树脂酚二葡萄糖苷(SDG)对去卵巢大鼠降血脂及提高机体抗氧化能力的影响。方法 3周龄SD大鼠随机分为6组,每组8只:假手术组、去卵巢组和去卵巢后不同剂量SDG补充组(10 mg/kg SDG组、20 mg/kg SDG组、50 mg/kg SDG组和100 mg/kg SDG组)。d 60末取血测定总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、超过氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果去卵巢组的SOD、HDL与假手术组比较显著降低(P﹤0.05),而去卵巢组的TG、TC、LDL、MDA与假手术组比较显著升高(P﹤0.05);补充SDG后,不同剂量组的SOD、HDL与去卵巢组比较显著升高(P﹤0.05),而不同剂量组的TG、TC、LDL、MDA与去卵巢组比较显著降低(P﹤0.05)。结论去卵巢后大鼠血清中抗氧化能力下降,血脂代谢紊乱,补充SDG后可以改善这种状况,并且存在剂量反应关系。OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of different doses of secoisolariciresinol diglvcoside on serum lipid and antioxidant ability of ovariectomized (OVX) rats. METHODS Forty-eight 3-week-old female SD rats were divided into the six following groups (n = 8 rats per groups) : sham-operated control group (SHAM) ; ovariectomized group (OVX) and OVX with different doses of secoisolariciresinol diglvcoside groups (OVX-SDG) : SDG 10mg/kg group, SDG 20mg/kg group, SDG 50mg/kg group, SDG 100mg/kg group. All the animals were sacrificed after sixty days of intervention. Serum lipid, SOD and MDA were measured after sixty days of treatment. RESULTS SOD and HDL were signifi- cantly decreased in OVX than SHAM (P 〈 0.05), while TG, TC, LDL and MDA were significantly higher (P 〈 0.05). SOD and HDL were remarkably increased in different doses of estrogen replacement groups than OVX (P 〈 0.05), TG, TC, LDL and MDA were decreased in different doses of estrogen replacement groups than OVX (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION Ovariectomy contributes to the decreased antioxidant capacity of rats and the disordered lipid metabolism. Treated with SDG, the situation is improved and exists a dose-response relationship.
