摘 要:目的探讨等热量而血糖负荷(GL)不同的配方膳食对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者餐后血糖的影响,并探索其在糖尿病饮食管理中的应用价值。方法采用随机交叉设计,87例初诊T2DM患者随机分组,先后接受低GL膳食或高GL膳食治疗,治疗期3 d。结果低GL膳食和高GL膳食的三餐2 h后血糖(2 hPG)分别自(9.76±0.35)mmol/L,(9.79±0.27)mmol/L和(9.71±0.40)mmol/L升至(10.68±0.55)mmol/L,(10.40±0.60)mmol/L和(10.59±0.63)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01)。结论低GL膳食治疗可改善T2DM患者的2hPG。OBJECTIVE To investigate the isocaloric diet and glycemic load of different formula diet in postprandial blood glucose of patients with newly diagnosed T2DM, and explore application value in their diet in diabetes mellitus management. METHODS A randomized crossover design was used, 87 newly diagnosed patients with T2DM random were grouped, and received high GL diets or low GL diet therapy, treated them for 3 days. RESULTS 2hPG of cases in low GL diet and high GL diet increased from (9.76± 0.35) mmol/L, (9.79± 0.27) mmol/L and (9.71 ±0.40) mmol/L to (10.68 ±0.55) mmol/ L, (10.40 ± 0.60) mmol/L and (10.59 ± 0.63) mmol/L. There were significant differences (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSlON Low GL diet significantly improves the 2hPG of newly diagnosed patients with T2DM.
