石家庄市区中学生颈椎亚健康现状及相关因素调查

摘　　要：目的了解石家庄市区中学生颈椎亚健康现状,为石家庄市区中学生的颈椎亚健康的干预提供科学依据。方法采用分层抽样的方法选取样本,对石家庄市区2 000名学生进行问卷调查,并进行统计学分析。结果调查对象颈椎亚健康总患病率为77.7%,其中初一为67.8%,初二为75.8%,初三为82.1%,3个年级的患病率比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。高一患病率为73.8%,高二为80.2%,高三为86.0%,3个年级的患病率比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。普通中学的患病率为75.5%,重点中学的患病率为79.8%,两者比较亦差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);男生患病率为77.2%,女生患病率为78.1%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论中学生的颈椎亚健康患病率急速上升,不仅会影响中学生的学习,而且影响中学生的生长发育,因此,中学生颈椎亚健康问题应该引起足够的重视,尽早采取干预措施,对防止中学生颈椎亚健康具有积极的社会意义。OBJECTIVE To understand the sub-health status of cervical vertebrae of high school students in the urban of Shijiazhuang, which provide the scientific basis for the intervention. METHODS 2 000 students in urban district were selected by stratified sampling method and surveyed by questionnaire for statistical analysis. RESULTS The total prevalence rate of the sub-health status was 77.7%. The grade one was 67.8%, grade two was 75.8%, and grade three was 82.1%. There were statistical differences between the 3 grades （P 〈 0.05）. The prevalence rate of senior grade one was 73.8%, senior grade two was 80.2% and senior grade three was 86.0% respectively. There were statistical differences between the 3 grades （P 〈 0.05）. The prevalence rate of ordinary high school was 75.5%, and the key middle school was 79.8%. There was statistical difference between them too （P 〈 0.05） ; The prevalence rate of boys was 77.2%, and girls was 78.1%. But there was no statistical difference between them （P 〉 0.05）. CONCLUSION The sub-health status of cervical vertebrae of high school students rises rapidly, not only will affect students＇ learning effect, but also influence the student＇s growth and development. Therefore, the sub-health problem should cause enough attention, and take early interventions. It has positive social significance to protect students cervical health.
