潮州市职业中学学生健康危险行为现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解潮州市职业中学学生健康危险行为现状,为制定青少年健康行为干预策略和措施提供依据。方法采用"中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷",对潮州市1 013名职业中学学生进行健康危险行为问卷调查。结果34.2%的学生未能坚持每天吃早餐,17.6%的学生为减肥或保持体重而节食,77.9%的学生每天体育锻炼时间少于1 h,54.1%的学生经常骑车带人;11.6%的学生打架,男生19.8%,女生4.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=60.697,P﹤0.05);不同年级中,一年级学生打架发生率最高,为13.9%;12.0%的学生有自杀意念,曾经吸烟的学生占40.3%,男生61.5%,女生20.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=173.871,P﹤0.05),曾经饮酒的学生占78.3%,男生83.5%,女生73.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.913,P﹤0.05),1.2%的学生曾使用过毒品。结论潮州市职业中学学生健康危险行为发生率高,有关部门应采取干预措施,加强对学生的健康教育。OBJECTIVE To understand the epidemiological situation of health risk behaviors of vocational school students in Chaozhou City, and to provide bases for control and prevention. METHODS By using ＂Inventory of Health-related Risk Be- haviors for Chinese Adolescents＂, 1 013 students from vocational school were investigated. RESULTS 34.2% students failed to eat breakfast every day, and 17.6% students were on a weight-losing diet. The incidence of health risk behaviors arranged in descending order were less sports activities （77.9%）, breaking rules in bicycle （54.1%）. The incidence of fighting was 11.6%, which between male （19.8%） and female （4.0%） had a significant difference （χ2 = 60.697, P〈 0.05）. In different grades, the highest incidence was 13.9% happened in grade one students. The incidences of suicide ideation and drugs use were 12.0% and 1.2% respectively; The incidence of smoking was 40.3% and there were statistical differences （χ2 = 173.871, P〈 0.05） between male （61.5%） and female （20.5%） ; The incidence of alcohol use was 78.3%. The incidence between male （83.5%） and female （73.4%） had a significant difference （χ2 = 14.913, P〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION The incidence of health risk behaviors of vocational school students in Chaozhou City is high. Government should take measures for prevention, and health education to the students.
