摘 要:目的 了解自贡市城区蝇类种群构成、季节消长规律及生态环境分布,为蝇类防制提供科学依据.方法 2011年3~11月采用诱蝇笼法在自贡市5个点对蝇密度进行监测和种群调查.结果 共捕获蝇类950只,蝇密度平均7.04只/笼,优势种群为丝光绿蝇,6月蝇密度最高,居民区、绿化带优势种群为大头金蝇,餐饮外环境、农贸市场优势种群为丝光绿蝇.结论 自贡市蝇类密度变化受季节、孳生环境影响显著,开展蝇类防制工作应以整治环境为主,并结合蝇种群特点和密度消长规律进行科学防制.OBJECTIVE To determine species composition and distribution patterns and seasonal dynamics of fly populations in Zigong city, provide data for the formulation of scientific prevention and control measures. METHODS The cage trap method was employed to monitor densities and population distributions of flies at five monitoring sites at Zigong city. RESULTS Total of 950 flies were captured, the average density was 7.04/cage, the dominant population was Lucilia sericata.In June, the density was the highest, the dominant group in residential areas and green belt was Chrysomya megacephala, while in the outside environment of restaurants and farmers market was Lucilia sericata. CONCLUSION It should carry out flies control based on comprehensive ecological improvement, and combined with the population characteristics and density growth and decline regularity.
