硝苯地平与卡托普利联合在原发性高血压治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨硝苯地平与卡托普利联合在原发性高血压治疗中的临床疗效.方法 入选2009年7月～2011年11月在某院住院治疗的原发性高血压患者152例,根据患者在住院期间用药的不同将所有患者分为对照组（n=76）和观察组（n=76）,对照组患者给予硝苯地平治疗,而观察组患者在此基础上增加卡托普利治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效.结果 观察组患者临床效果显著优于对照组,显效率、总有效率高于对照组,无效率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后,收缩压、舒张压均显著降低,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后下降更显著,与对照组治疗后相比,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者发生不良反应发生率为9.2％与对照组6.6％差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 硝苯地平与卡托普利联合治疗原发性高血压临床疗效显著,不增加不良反应,值得在临床上推广.OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of nifedipine and captopril in treatment of essential hypertension. METHODS Selected 152 cases of essential hypertension patients administrated in the hospital from July 2009 to November 2011 year, according to the different medications, all the patients were divided into control group （n = 76） and observation group （n = 76）, patients in control group were treated with nifedipine, while the patients in the observation group on the basis of treatment with captopril, compared clinical efficacy in two groups. RESULTS Clinical effect of patients in observation group was better than the control group, significant efficiency and total efficiency were higher than that of the control group, no effi- ciency was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant, P 〈 0.05 ; after treatment, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of patients in two groups were significantly decreased, compared with before treatment, the difference was significant, P 〈 0.05 ; after treatment, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the patients in the observation group decreased more significantly, compared with control group after treatment, the difference was significant, P 〈 0.05 ; adverse reaction rates of the patients in the observation group was 9.2% and 6.6% in the control group, the differences were not statistically significant, P 〉 0.05. CONCLUSION Nifedipine and captopril in the treatment of primary hypertension have obvious clinical curative effect, no increase in adverse reaction, worthy of clinical popularization.
