摘 要:基于方程分析法,推导了矩阵形式的多自由度系统模型试验动力相似准则,进而建立了转子变态模型与原型的动力相似关系,探讨了转子变态模型与原型的动力相似性,并通过实例仿真分析验证了理论分析的正确性,最后对转子进行了激振试验研究。研究表明,转子变态模型与原型满足动力相似,且其固有频率会随着变态率的增大而减小,适当选取变态率,可使其具有相对较低的固有频率;转子变态模型的临界转速比正态模型低得多,其试验研究所需的驱动转速也较低,特别适用于基于转子试验台的模型试验研究。该研究结果为转子系统的动力学特性研究提供了试验依据。The dynamic similarity criterion of model experi- ment of multiple-degree-of-freedom system was deduced based on e- quation analysis. The dynamic similarity law between abnormal model and the prototype of rotor was conducted. The dynamic simi- larity between abnormal model and the prototype of rotor was also discussed. Then the verification was carried out by means of a sim- ulation on living examples. Finally, the excitation test for rotor was present. The results show that the abnormal model and the proto- type are dynamic similitude, and its natural frequencies decrease with the increasing of abnormal ratio. The natural frequencies of the abnormal model will be relatively low by selecting an appropriate abnormal ratio. The critical speeds of the abnormal model are lower than that of the normal model, and its rotate speed for model experi- ment is relatively low. The abnormal model is especially applicable to the model experiment research on a rotor experiment rig. It pro- vided the experimental basis for researching on the dynamic charac- teristics of the rotor system.
