摘　　要：概述了综合轮切式圆孔拉刀的设计特点,研究了CATIA V5的知识工程设计方法。将知识工程(KBE)技术应用于圆孔拉刀的三维设计,并利用CATIA V5的知识工程模块开发了基于知识工程的圆孔拉刀设计系统。结合具体实例,探讨基于该系统的快速设计方法和一般步骤。The paper outlines the design features of integrated wheel round broach and researches the design methods with the knowledge-based engineering （KBE） based on CATIA VS. The KBE technique is integrated into the 3D design of round broach and a KBE system for the 3D design of round broach is presented based on the knowledge advisor workbench of CATIA VS. A fast design method and the general steps are discussed with practical examples.
