摘　　要：基于FDM的现代产品设计方法迎合现代工业设计与高科技融合的趋势,是集"创意设计"、"FDM成型"和"样机制作"于一体的产品开发方法。通过节能自动浇花器的设计与开发,研究了该方法在实施过程中建模设计、前处理参数控制和后处理工艺的技术要点,阐述了其交互设计、高效可靠、低成本的优点及FDM成型材料的缺陷,研究表明:该方法符合我国制造产业链向研发设计转型升级的需求。Design method of modem products based oil FI）M ean eater to the trend of （omhining modern industrial design with high technology which is a new design method integrating creative design, FDM RP and sample manufacturing. By means of the de- sign and development of the energg＇-saving auto watering device, the technical essentials in the process of modeling, pre-prneessing pa- rameter control and post-prcessing are researched, the advantages of interaction design, high effieiency and low cosl and the disadvan- tage of the material used in FDM are described. The study results show that the design method can meet the demands of transformatinn and upgrading from manufacturing to research and development.
