摘 要:对双掺硅粉、超细矿渣C50高性能混凝土的配制技术进行了研究,设计不同掺入量进行混凝土性能试验,结果表明,硅粉掺入混凝土中后,将引起混凝土坍落度下降,超细矿渣的掺入对混凝土坍落度略有增加,确定硅灰掺量5%,超细矿渣15%时,混凝土的流动性最佳;硅粉对提高混凝土早期强度有很好的效果,而超细矿渣对提高混凝土的后期强度有非常好的功效,最佳配合比是硅粉掺量10%、超细矿渣掺量15%,混凝土具有较高的抗压强度。根据试验确定,科技大楼C50高性能混凝土硅粉掺量5%,超细矿渣掺量25%。By studying the preparation technology of C50 high performance concrete with silicon powder and superfine slag, carry out concrete performance experiment with different admixture.The results could be illustrated as follows.The slump ratio of concrete decreases with the incorporation of silicon powder into concrete while it slightly increases with the incorporation of superfine slag powder.Concrete liquidity was optimum with silicon powder content 5% and superfine slag powder 15% ;Silicon powder had a very good effect on improving the early strength of concrete while superfine slag powder on the later strength.The compressive strength of concrete was higher with the optimal ratio of silicon powder 10% and superfine slag powder 15%.Based on the test results ,the C50 high performance concrete with silicon powder content 5% and superfine slag powder 25% would be on the the science and technology building.
