摘  要:针对银川地区粗骨料原生面多,表面光滑,黏结强度低的特点,在原材料筛选的基础上,采用低水胶比,掺入高效减水剂和活性矿物掺合料,控制粗骨料粒径、改进骨料破碎工艺,应用正交试验方案L18(37),对混凝土的工作性能和力学性能进行了试验研究,得出了水胶比、砂率、单位用水量、取代率、复合率、硅灰掺量和减水剂掺量等因素对混凝土和易性和强度的作用规律,阐述了作用机理,综合平衡法和功效系数法结合,优选出了符合要求的C80卵石破碎石混凝土的配合比。According to these characteristics of coarse aggregate in Yinchuan area,which included more original surfaces, smooth surface and low bond strength.On the basis of the test in which the raw materials were selected,the workability and mechanical property of the concrete were studied by using the low water cement ratio, mixing the high efficiency water-reducer and the active mineral admixture, controlling the particle size of coarse aggregate, improving the process of breaking aggregate and using orthogonal test scheme Lt8( 37).The law of concrete workability and strength was obtained that influenced by water-cement ratio, sand ratio, unit water dosage, replacement rate, composite rate, silica fume and water-reducer dosage, the mechanism of action was explained then further.Combined with integrated balance method and efficacy coefficient method, the mix proportion of C80 broken cobble concrete was preferred which meet requirements.
