2007-2011年广东省抗酸及治疗溃疡药物用药结构与药品费用关系分析

摘　　要：目的:分析抗酸及治疗溃疡类药品用药结构变化与费用增长的关系,以期为今后针对抗酸及治疗溃疡类药品费用问题的研究与政府决策提供参考。方法:构建以药品DDD单位为基础,分层分析抗酸及治疗溃疡类药品用药结构对药品费用影响的指数分析体系。结果与结论:广东省抗酸及治疗溃疡类药品的总采购费用和DDD采购量在2007-2011年间分别增长225%和168%,价格水平下降显著,价格指数下降15%。用量的增长是费用增长的最主要因素,价格水平的下降一定程度上抑制了抗酸及治疗溃疡病药品费用上涨,技术创新是抗酸及治疗溃疡病药品费用上涨的推动因素,给药途径层次指数与药物临床使用合理性存在联系,厂家竞争因素是影响抗酸及治疗溃疡病药品费用的重要因素。Objective： To analyze the relationship between the change of composition of drug consumption of antacids and anti-ulcer medications and their cost increase in order to provide a reference for future research and government policy making on cost of antacids and anti-ulcer medications. Methods： An index analysis system was built based on drug DDD unit to analyze the influence of composition of drug consumption of antacids and anti-ulcer medications on drug cost on different levels. Result and Conculsion： The total procurement cost of antacids and anti-ulcer medications for Guangdong province and the purchase of DDD increased by 225% and 168% respectively in 2007 -2011 , the price level declined significantly, and the price index decreased by 15%. The amount of drug utilization was the most important factor that caused cost increase. The decline of price inhibited the increase of ant- acids and anti-ulcer drug cost to a certain extent. Technological innovation was the motivating factor to cause the price increase of antacids and anti-ulcer drugs. There was a link between the level index of administration route and the rationality of drug use. The competition among different manufacturers was an important factor that affected the prices of antacids and anti-ulcer medications.
