摘  要:目的:研究丹皮酚对健康和高血脂模型大鼠肾动脉及冠状动脉的舒张。方法:高脂乳剂灌胃法制备大鼠高血脂模型。以离体微血管动力描记技术,分别记录丹皮酚对健康和高血脂模型大鼠肾动脉及冠状动脉的舒张。结果:丹皮酚可浓度依赖性地舒张健康和高血脂模型大鼠的肾动脉及冠状动脉;其扩血管作用对动物病理状态、预收缩剂品种及动脉系别无明显选择性。结论:丹皮酚能够无选择性地扩张健康和高血脂模型大鼠的肾动脉及冠状动脉,有望成为治疗缺血性血管疾病的有效药物。Objective: To investigate the vasodilative effect of paeonol on renal artery and coronary artery in healthy and hyperlipidemia rats. Methods: Hyperlipidemia model was established by intragastric administration of high-fat emulsion. Angiotasis of arteries was recorded by a myograph system in vitro. Results: Paeonol relaxed renal artery rings and coronary artery rings in both healthy and hyperlipidemia rats. The vasodilatory effect of pae- onol in vitro had no obvious selectivity for animal pathological state, precontractor varieties, and type of arterial braches. Conclusion: Paeonol induces vasodilatation on renal artery and coronary artery in both healthy and hyperlipidemia rats. Therefore, paeonol may has a therapeutic effect on ischemia diseases of blood vessel.
