摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下自动活检在乳腺疾病诊断中的价值。方法:对84例乳腺病变经超声引导自动活检穿刺的资料进行回顾分析。结果:84例乳腺疾病患者行超声引导自动活检穿刺术成功,术后无并发症,乳腺病变检出良性病变38例,恶性病变46例。结论:术前行乳腺经皮超声引导活检可以减少盲穿次数,准确性较高。Objective：To assess the ultrasound -guided automatic biopsy technique in breast diseases. Methods：All 84 patients＇ images were reviewed and analysed, All patients were performed ultrasound -guided automatic biopsy technique. Results：84 patients were suspected breast diseases by ultrasound -guided automatic biopsy technique, after operation, all patients were safety, diagnosis .was made 38 benign and 46 malignant. Conclusions： Ultasound- guided au- tomatic biopsy technique which is safety and accuracy should be the most vale to diagnose breast diseases.
