摘　　要：目的:探讨应用经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体转移性肿瘤性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效和围手术期护理方法。方法:对21例肿椎体转移性肿瘤性椎体压缩性骨折患者,术前心理辅导,病椎行经皮椎体成形术,术后观察生命体征和并发症情况,并采取视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scales,VAS)和SF-36量表评价疗效,指导患者康复训练。结果:患者于术后24 h腰背部疼痛明显缓解,下床适度活动,手术前、后的VAS评分和SF-36量表评价差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮椎体成形术是治疗椎体转移性肿瘤性椎体压缩性骨折的一种有效方法。Objective：To explore the application of percutaneous vertebroplasty （PVP） for the treatment of metastatic tumor of vertebral compression fractures and perioperative nursing methods of operation period. Methods：In 21 patients, preoperative psychological counseling, vertebral disease underwent PVP, observation of vital signs and complications after the operation, and visual analogue scale （VAS） and the SF -36 scale evaluation of curative effect of rehabilitation train- ing. Results： Pain of patients was relieved after operation, there was statistically significant difference of VAS score and SF - 36 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： PVP is an effective method for treatment of vertebral metastatic tumors of the vertebral compression fractures.
