摘 要:综述了树脂矿浆法提金工艺中的矿石、氰化浸出液、电解液和载金树脂中金的测定方法及应用。矿样经高温焙烧除去有机物、硫和砷后 ,用饱和 Br2 水、Na Cl和 HNO3 混合液消解矿样。用盐酸和硝酸混合液快速有效地破坏金氰配合物 ,使之转化为 Au( )。载金树脂样品经高温灰化、王水溶解残渣 ,然后在稀王水介质中 ,通过 CL TBP萃淋树脂选择性吸附 Au,亚硫酸钠洗脱。在非离子表面活性剂存在下 ,于 p H2~ 4的醋酸醋酸钠缓冲溶液中 ,Au与 TMK形成胶束增溶配合物 ,其最大吸收波长位于 550 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数 ε550 =1.5× 10 5L· mol-1· cm-1,桑德尔 Sandell灵敏度为 1.7ng/cm2 。本法简单、快速、灵敏度高 ,应用于金质量分数为 5g/t以下的矿石、矿渣以及金质量浓度 0 .0 1~ 50 mg/L的氰化浸出液和电解液中金的测定 ,精密度优于± 10 % ,标准加入回收为 98.5%~ 10 5%。The methods of determining gold in ore,cyanide leaching solution,electrolyte and ion exchange resin in RIP are reviewed.A new method,TMK sensitive spectrophotometry,for determining gold has been established.After being roasted at high temperature to remove sulfur,arsenic and organics,the ore sample is dissolved in mixed solution of saturated Br 2 water,NaCl and HNO 3.The aurocyanide complex in cyanide leaching solution is decomposed by HCl HNO 3 mixed solution and turned into Au(Ⅲ) rapidly.The ashed resin loading gold is dissolved in aqua regia.The Au(Ⅲ) is selectively adsorbed on CL TBP levextrel resin,and eluted by sodium sulfite.At the presence of surfactant (Triton X 100),and in acetie acid sodium acetate buffer medium of pH=2~4,Au(Ⅰ) is combined with TMK into red micellar solubilization complex.Its maximum absorption wave is at 550 nm,and apparent molar absorbance coefficient is 1.5×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 and sensitivity (Sandell) is 0.0017 μg/cm 2 .The method has been used to determine gold in ores,cyanide leaching solutions and electrolyte.The method is simple and rapid,and the relative standard deviation is less than ±10%.Recovery of gold is 98.5%~105%.
