摘  要:通过对铬精矿的焙烧条件和焙烧过程的STA分析研究 ,得到合适的焙烧条件为 :白云石配入量为铬精矿的 1 0~ 1 4倍 ,苏打配入量为理论量的 1 0 5~ 1 15倍 ,焙烧温度 10 5 0~ 115 0℃ ,焙烧时间 6 0~ 90min ,焙砂的铬浸出率 >95 %。焙烧过程中 ,焙烧反应是苏打分解的氧化钠与铬精矿的直接化学反应 ,其在 <970℃的焙烧温度下 ,90 %的铬精矿就已反应完全。According to results of roasting condition experiments on chromium concentrate and STA study on roasting process,it was found that the appropriate addition of dolomite was 1 0~1 4 times as much as that of chromium concentrate,the addition of soda was 1 05~1 15 times of its theoretic demand and the roasting temperature,roasting time and recovery of chromium from calcine were 1 050 ~ 1 150 ℃,60~90 min.and greater than 95% respectively. The roasting reaction was found to be a direct chemical reaction between the sodium oxide decomposed from soda and chromium concentrate and 90% of chromium concentrate would be reacted completely under the temperature of less than 970℃.
