高镍锌白铜的性能研究

摘　　要：采用水平连铸—拉拔—轧制生产工艺生产锌白铜异型材 ,对高镍锌白铜的金相组织、机械性能及退火工艺进行了研究。研究表明α单相高镍锌白铜具有优良的机械性能 ,适宜冷热加工 ,退火温度为 70 0～ 75 0℃ ,颜色为银白色。该材料完全能满足高档眼镜用异形材料的要求。The horizontal continuous casting-drawing-rolling process was adopted to produce the profiled nickel silver wire.The study on the metallurgical structure,mechanical property and annealing process of nickel silver containing high nickel was carried out.Result showed that the α-mono-phase nickel silver containing high nickel equips itself with good mechanical property and is satisfactory to cold and hot working.The annealing temperature was controlled at 700～750℃ and the colour of alloy was that of silver.Thus this material has met the demands of producing profiled wires for top grade glasses.
