摘  要:研究了阻燃剂HFPO、交联剂DL-121、催化剂MgCl2、柔软剂HA-011、焙烘温度等因素对丝/麻织物的环保阻燃整理工艺的影响,并进行了工艺优化。结果表明,丝/麻织物阻燃整理较合适的工艺配方为:阻燃剂HFPO 325 g/L,交联剂DL-121 115 g/L,催化剂MgCl218 g/L,柔软剂HA-011 20 g/L;焙烘条件160℃×3 min。经50次水洗,丝/麻织物仍具有良好的阻燃效果。阻燃整理后,丝/麻织物上游离甲醛质量浓度为18.68 mg/kg,阻燃整理对丝/麻织物的白度有一定影响,对强力、硬挺度等物理机械性能影响较小。TG-DTA热性能分析表明,经阻燃整理的真丝、亚麻分解温度较未经阻燃整理的分解温度均下降,可燃性气体减少,固体炭渣含量增加,属凝聚相阻燃机理。This paper studies the influence of fire retardant HFPO,cross-linking agent DL-121,catalyst MgCl 2,softening agent HA-011 and baking temperature on environmentally friendly flame retardant finishing technology of silk / linen fabrics and optimizes the technology.The result shows that the technical formula appropriate for flame retardant finishing of silk / linen fabrics is: fire retardant HFPO 325 g / L,cross-linking agent DL-121 115 g / L,catalyst MgCl 2 18 g / L,softening agent HA-011 20 g / L;baking conditions: 160℃ × 3 min.After washing for 50 times,silk / linen fabrics still have a good flame retardant effect.After flame retardant finishing,the mass concentration of free formaldehyde on silk / linen fabrics is 18.68 mg / kg.Flame retardant finishing has certain influence on the whiteness of silk / linen fabrics and has little influence on physical and mechanical properties such as strength and stuffness.TG-DTA thermal property analysis shows that the decomposition temperature of silk / linen fabrics subject to flame retardant finishing decreases compared to that without flame retardant finishing and its combustible gas reduces and the content of solid carbon residue increases.It belongs to condensed phase flame retardant mechanism.
