荧光染料DPPB对真丝织物染色的性能研究

摘　　要：为丰富真丝织物染色的染料品种,开发具有优异荧光性能和高附加值的真丝产品,将荧光染料DPPB应用到真丝织物,明确该染料对真丝织物的染色性能、颜色特征和荧光特性。对pH值、染色温度、染色时间和NaCl质量浓度等影响染色效果的主要因素进行了研究,并对染色质量做出了评价。结果表明,染料质量浓度0.05 g/L时,最佳染色工艺为：染色pH 6,染色温度30℃,染色时间40 min,NaCl 10 g/L。经过固色剂固色后,皂洗和摩擦色牢度均在3级以上,达到服用要求。染色后织物在光波长480~510 nm范围内有明显的荧光发射效果,具有明亮鲜艳的黄色。To enrich dyeing varieties of silk fabrics,this study develops silk products with excellent fluorescence property and high additional value,applies fluorescent dye DPPB to silk fabrics,reveals the dyeing performance,color characteristics and fluorescence property of this dye on silk fabrics,studies main factors influencing dyeing effect such as pH value,dyeing temperature,dyeing time and NaCl dosage and evaluates dyeing quality.The result shows that,when the mass concentration of dye is 0.05g / L,the optimal dyeing process is dyeing pH6,dyeing temperature 30 ℃,dyeing time 40 min and NaCl 10 g / L.After fixation with color fixing agent,the color fastnesses to washing and rubbing are above grade 3 and meet wearability requirements.Dyed fabrics have an obvious fluorescence emission effect within 480 ~ 510 nm and have bright yellow color.
