摘　　要：农业是贫困地区的基础性产业,在扶贫开发中发挥着不可替代的作用。该文从规划、产业发展、政策研究、人才培养等方面分析了当前农业扶贫开发中存在的问题,剖析了产生这些问题的深层次原因,提出了解决问题的政策建议。Agriculture is the basic industry tion and development. From the aspects of in the poor areas, which plays an irreplaceable role in poverty allevia- planning , industrial development, policy research, personnel training, etc. , this paper analyzed the problems existing in current agricultural poverty alleviation and development, dissec- ted the deep reason leading to these problems and put forward the policy suggestions to solve the problems.
