空心化村庄废弃地整理潜力研究——以江苏省邳州市为例

摘　　要：空心化村庄是我国农村社会经济发展过程中出现的一种特殊现象,它是我国长期城乡二元结构背景下的矛盾激化与问题积淀。其废弃地整理是协调人地关系、缓解人地矛盾的有效手段。该文以邳州市空心化村庄为例,在对空心化村庄进行分类的基础上,针对不同空心化村庄整治模式采取对应的废弃地整理潜力测算方法,测算出邳州市可调整建设用地指标近1/5。With the development of rural social economy in China, the hollowing villages has become a special phenomenon led by contradictions and problems of long-term urban-rural dual structure. Wasteland consolidating in hollowing villages tween land and ods to calculate is an effective measure in harmonizing man-land relationship and relieving the contradictions be- population. Taking Pizhou city as an example, this paper adopted corresponding calculation meth- the potentiality of wasteland consolidation in different reconstruction models based on classifying hollowing villages. The results showed that the adjustable construction land indicator of Pizhou accounted for one - fifth of the total lands.
