摘 要:针对以县为单位开展耕地质量监测工作的技术需求,该文构建了包括指标体系、网络体系、评价体系以及组织体系的质量动态监测体系。其中,监测指标体系包括开放性可选择的监测指标的构成及其监测周期;监测网络体系则由监测控制区、监测样区和监测样点构成;监测评价体系包括耕地生产性评价、保护性评价、稳定性评价、经济可行性评价、环境健康性评价、等别变化评价。重点阐述了根据耕地等别限制因素及限制系数划分耕地等别类型的方法、监测控制区划定的方法以及从不同角度进行监测评价的评价方法。This paper constructed dynamic cultivated land quality monitoring systems which consisted of cultivated land quality monitoring index system, cultivated land quality monitoring network system, cultivated land quality mo- nitoring evaluation system and cultivated land quality organized system according the technological need of dynamic monitor for county cultivated land quality. Cultivated land quality monitoring index system consisted of monitoring indexes and its'monitoring cycles. Cultivated land quality monitoring network system consisted of controlling zones, agricultural land gradation type, monitoring zones and monitoring points. Cultivated land quality monitoring evalua- tion system consisted of productivity evaluation, protective evaluation, stability evaluation, economic feasibility e- valuation, environmentally healthy evaluation and gradation changing evaluation of cultivated land. The methods of dividing agricultural land gradation type according agricultural land gradation restrictive factor and gradation restric- tive coefficient, dividing monitoring controlling zone and cultivated land monitoring evaluation from different aspects were exnounded as the key ooints .
