摘　　要：随着计算机技术的发展 ,UNIX操作系统、ORACLE数据库、网络技术相继进入过程控制机的领域。文章介绍了在宝钢 1 550冷轧CGL机组过程机开发中的硬件选型、软件功能设计、以及对QDR/PDA质量数据分析与管理系统的应用设计等 ,展现一个新的过程计算机系统的控制集成技术。With the development of computer technology,UNIX operating system,ORACLE database and network technology have entered the field of process control.A new control integration technology for process control computer system is described in the paper,as well as lectotype of hardware,design of software function,analysis of QDR/PDA quality data and application design of management system,etc,during the development of process control computer for 1550mm cold rolling CGL.
