摘  要:根据湘潭钢铁公司 (以下简称湘钢 ) 2号烧结机能耗现状和热平衡测试结果分析了该烧结机能耗高的原因。从降低固体燃料消耗、电耗、点火热耗 ,余热回收和提高烧结过程自动化水平等方面提出了增产节能措施 ,为其进一步节能降耗提供了思路和对策。The reasons of high energy consumption on sintering machine No.2 at Xiangtan I & S Co were discussed from the results of heat balance test. And a series of measures to increase productivity and energy saving were put forward, including reduction of solid fuel consumption, power consumption, ignition heat consumption, waste heat utilization and improvement in automation control etc which can be considered for sintering unit No.2 to save energy and reduce consumption in the future.
