摘  要:目的:通过建立在胆巴溶液中浸泡不同时间附子中氯化钙含量测定方法,探讨浸泡后附子中胆巴含量(以氯化钙计)的变化规律。方法:采用Na2EDTA滴定法测定不同浸泡时间的附子中氯化钙含量,并运用SPSS17.0软件进行曲线拟合。结果:附子样品中氯化钙含量与浸泡时间进行曲线拟合具有统计学意义(R=0.999,P〈0.05),曲线方程为y=exp(3.337-2.554/x);不同浸泡时间附子样品中,氯化钙含量前25d从2.21%%增加到24.44%%,变化明显;25d到107d含量在25%~30%之间,没有明显变化。结论:建立了胆巴溶液浸泡后附子中氯化钙含量测定的方法;附子在胆巴溶液中浸泡后,前25d氯化钙含量急剧上升,25d后含量变化趋于平稳,达到饱和,其变化符合指数函数。Objective:Study on the content of CaCl2 in Aconiti Lateralis, that which was marinated for different time points in Danba by means of establishing the testing methods of contents of CaCl2 in Aconiti Lateralis, which is was used to discuss the variation of content of Danba. Methods : Na2 EDTA titration was used to test the content of CaCl2 which mar- inated for different time points in Aconiti Lateralis, and the use of SPSS 17.0 software for curve fitting. Results: The co- tent of CaCl2 in Aconiti Lateralis curve fitting with diffrent marinating time is statistically significant ( R = 0. 999, P 〈 0. 05) ,curve equation:y = exp(3. 337 -2. 544/x) ;For Ssamples with different soak time, the contents of CaCl2 have had obviously variation in early 25 days. which was from 2.21% to 34.44% , there are was little change in from 25 to 107days, which was between 25% to 30%. Conclusion: The methods could be used to test the contents of CaCl2 in Aconiti Lateralis that which is marinated in Daban. In the early 25 days, the contents of CaCl2 increased increase obviously, then stable and saturation in later times. It' s changes with exponential function.
