摘　　要：目的：对国标GBT24283—2009蜂胶中总黄酮测定方法进行探讨，建立了新的蜂胶总黄酮含量方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法测定，以乔松素为对照在290mn波长处测定总黄酮含量，并进行了方法学研究。结果：蜂胶总黄酮含量在43．11％～63．16％之间。结论：总黄酮含量测定新方法简便，重现性好，准确度高。Objective：To improve the country quasi - GBT 24283 -2009 total flavonoids determination of propolis and to establish the new determination method of total flavonoids in propolis. Methods： Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry, with pinocembrin as the standard sample,the regression equation of pinocembrin standard working curve： C（μg/mL） = 0. 0608A ＋ 0. 078 was established, the correlation coefficient was .γ2 = 0. 9995. Result ： The total flavonoid content in propolis extracts was from 43.11% to 63.16%. Conclusion： The improved determination method is simple, and the repro- ducibilitv, precision, recovery and stability test are satisfactory.
