补肾祛瘀针刺法对慢性腰肌劳损患者TXB2、6-K-PGF1α的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察慢性腰肌劳损患者血浆TXB2、6-K-PGF1α含量的变化,补肾祛瘀针刺法对二者的影响及其作用机理。方法:将慢性腰肌劳损患者60例随机分成治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采取补肾祛瘀针刺法,对照组30例采取常规针刺法。另设10例健康人为正常对照组。采取放射免疫法检测治疗组治疗4个疗程后血浆TXB2、6-K-PGF1α含量,并与对照组和正常对照组进行比较。结果:两组治疗前TXB2含量均较正常组高(P<0.05),而6-K-PGF1α含量均较正常组低(P<0.05)。经治疗后两组TXB2均有下降(P<0.01),但治疗组较对照组明显(P<0.05);两组6-K-PGF1α均有上升(P<0.01),但治疗组较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:补肾祛瘀针刺法能更有效的调节TXA2——PGI2系统达到新的平衡是可能作用机理之一。Objective ： To observe the changes in the chronic lumber muscles in patients with plasma TXB2 and 6 - K - PGF1α contents as well as the effects of kidney - invigorating and blood stasis - eliminating acupuncture treatment on plasma TXB2 and 6 - K - PGF1 α, in order to further explore the action mechanism of kidney - invigorating and blood sta- sis -eliminating acupuncture in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain. Methods：60 cases of patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into the treatment group which took kidney - invigorating and blood stasis - eliminating acupuncture for 30 cases and the control group which took the routine acupuncture for 30 cases. Another 10 cases of healthy people were selected as the normal group. In treatment group after courses, plasma TXB2 and 6 - K - PGF1α contents were measured by radioimmunoassay, and compared with the control group and normal control group. Re- sults ： Before treatment, the two groups＇ patients plasma of TXB2 contents were significantly higher compared with the nor- mal group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the plasma 6 - K - PGF1 αcontents were significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the two groups＇ patients plasma TXB2 contents were decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the control group, the treat- ment group decreased more obviously （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. And the two groups＇ patients plasma 6 - K - PGF1α contents were in- creased （P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the control group, the treatment group increased more obviously （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Con- clusion：The adjustment of TXB2 and 6 - K - PGF1 αsystem in a new equilibrium is one of the possible mechanisms that kidney - invigorating and blood stasis - eliminating acupuncture can treat more effectively for chronic limb muscle strain.
