综合疗法治疗痰热型社区获得性肺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察综合疗法对痰热型社区获得性肺炎患者的临床疗效。方法:30例痰热型社区获得性肺炎患者在常规治疗基础上,加用中医药综合治疗,对照组28例患者常规治疗,比较两组在临床疗效、症状、体征消失时间及药物不良反应等方面的差异。结果:治疗组在症状、体征消失时间方面优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:综合疗法治疗痰热型肺炎喘嗽有较好的临床疗效。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of community - acquired pneumonia of phlegm - heat syndrome with combined therapy. Methods ： The routine treatments were given to all 58 patients with community - acquired pneumo- nia. 30 patients with syndrome of phlegm - heat were given additional Chinese comprehensive treatment, and another 28 patients （control group） were given nothing additional. The differences of the clinical symptoms, signs, and adverse drug reaction of the patients in the two groups were comparatively observed. Results ： The symptoms, signs of time in the trial group were superior to those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Combined therapy of community - acquired pneumonia of phlegm - heat syndrome has better clinical curative effect.
