中药外敷治疗糖尿病足血管内介入治疗术后患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价中药外敷治疗糖尿病足血管内介入治疗术后患者的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究方法,将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组血管内介入术后给予中药外敷治疗,对照组血管介入术后仅给予常规治疗,治疗90 d后观察两组患者的变化情况。结果:中药外敷可以显著促进糖尿病足血管内介入治疗术后患者的溃疡创面愈合,提高患者踝肱指数,增加患者下肢动脉供血,改善糖尿病足患者的临床症状。结论:中药外敷治疗糖尿病足血管内介入治疗术后患者能有效提高疗效,使用方便,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To assess the clinical curative effect on external application of Chinese herbs in treating diabetic foot patients with endovascular interventional treatment. Methods：Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria of diabeticfoot were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional therapy while the treatment group was given the external application of Chinese herbs after endovascular interventional treatment. After 90 days treatment, the changes of those patients were observed. Results ： External application of Chinese herbs can significantly promote ulcer wound healing of diabetic foot patients with vascular intervention. The mechanism was related to improving the patients＂ ankle - brachial index and increasing the blood flow of limb artery. Conclusion. External application of Chinese herbs can effectively improve the long - term efficacy on diabetic foot patients with endovascular interventional treatment. It is wor- thy of clinical application.
