心胃相关理论溯源及其现代临床应用

摘　　要：心胃相关理论是中医藏象学说的重要组成部分。从古典医籍入手,回顾了祖国医学关于心胃相关理论的有关论述,包括心胃生理上的经络相通、气血相依、五行相生,病理上的母子相传及治疗上的心胃同治;初步理清了心胃相关理论的起源与历史发展过程。随着心胃相关理论的日臻完善,其在现代临床实践中继续发挥着重要的理论指导作用,特别是在指导治疗心系、神志疾病及脾胃消化系统疾病中,重视心胃发病的相关性,认为情志因素是脾胃病的重要致病因素,阳明胃腑的寒实闭阻可导致心胸气血不畅而诱发或加重心系疾病;治疗上心胃兼顾,在脾胃疾病诊治上除了调理脾胃之外应重视养心安神,诊疗心系疾病时不忘温中而散胸痹之寒、通胃腑而畅心脉以提高临床疗效。： The heart - stomach relativity theory is a crucial part of the theory of visceral outward manifestation in tra- ditional Chinese medicine. Taking the ancient medical classics as the research resources, a review has been made on the views associated with the heart - stomach relativity theory proposed in these classics, and it includes, physiologically, the communication of channels and collaterals, the interdependence between qi and blood and the successive transformation among five elements and, pathologically, the transformation of disorder from an mother organ to its child as well as, clini- cally, the sync treatment of heart and stomach. In this paper, the origin and development of such theory was initially made clear. With the theory being ever completed, it continues to exert its important function in today~ clinical practice, especially in guiding the treatment for the patients with diseases of cardiac system, mental state or digestive system. Its guidance is mainly that attention should be paid to the interrelation between the symptoms of heart and stomach diseases ; one of the major causes of spleen - stomach diseases is mental disorder; the block led by excess cold of the yangming fu - organ, stomach can impede the free flow of qi and blood through heart in chest, and then exacerbate the symptoms of heart diseases ; and in treatment, the disorders of heart and stomach should be dealt with simultaneously, that is, through treating spleen - stomach diseases, besides the regulation of spleen and stomach, the treatment of nourishing heart and calming mind should also be adopted ; and through treatment of heart diseases, necessary therapies are warming the mid- dle Jiao to disperse cold of chest blockage, and freeing the stomach to improve blood circulation of heart, enhancing the clinical efficacy.
