摘  要:目的:研究不同产地延胡索中微量元素含量、确定其特征性元素及地域分布特征。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对6个不同产地的延胡索的微量元素进行测定,并用SPSS 13.0对实验数据进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果:经主成分分析确定了4个主成分,累计方差贡献率达93.157%。其中第1主成分的方差贡献率为44.328%,Cu、Ca、Pb和Zn为延胡索的特征微量元素。聚类分析将6个产地的延胡索按地域性聚为两大类。结论:Cu、Ca、Pb、Zn为延胡索的特征微量元素,不同产地延胡索中的微量元素含量有差异且存在地域特征性。本研究可为延胡索的种质资源利用开发与质量控制提供参考依据。Objective: To study the contents and distribution of trace elements in Corwdalis yanhusuo W, T. Wang from six different areas. Methods : The trace elements of all samples were determined by ICP - OES. The principal com- ponents analysis and cluster analysis of the experimental data were conducted by SPSS 13.0. Result: Four principal divi- sors were gained 'after principal component analysis of the six Corwdalis yanhusuo W.T. Wang samples. Cumulative vari- ance contribution rate of the four principal divisors was 93. 157% , and the variance contribution of the first divisor was 44. 328%. Cu,Ca,Pb and Zn were the characteristic elements of Corwdalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang. The samples from six different areas were divided into two groups by clustering analysis. Conclusion: The characteristic elements of Corwdalis yanhusuo W.T. Wang are Cu, Ca, Pb and Zn and they are associated with the different regions. This paper is useful for providing information on the resource development and quality control of Corwdalis yanhusuo W.T. Wang.
