木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病远端对称性多发性神经病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察木丹颗粒对糖尿病远端对称性多发性神经病变(DSPN)的临床疗效并对其作用机制进行探讨。方法:选择符合标准的病人60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,在综合治疗的基础上,治疗组口服选择木丹颗粒,对照组予口服甲钴胺(弥可保)治疗。对病人的症状、神经传导速度、踝/肱指数(ABI)和趾/肱指数(TBI)进行观察。结果:治疗组的总有效率为优于对照组。木丹颗粒对病人的肢体麻木、疼痛、痉挛、踝反射减弱等神经系统症状改善明显,对神经传导速度和血流速度有明显的改善作用,在治疗过程中未见明显的不良反应。结论:采用木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病远端对称性多发性神经病变,不仅能明显改善患者的临床症状,而且可以有效地提高病人的神经传导速度,增加下肢的血流速度,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Mudan Particles diabetic distal symmetry polyneuropathy （DSPN） and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods： 60 patients met the standard were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. On the basis of the basic treatment, the treatment group was treated with Mudan Par- ticles, and the control group treated with insurable （Methylcobalamin）. The patients＇symptoms, nerve conduction veloci- ty, ABI and TBI were observed. Results ： The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Mudan Particles on the patients＇limb numbness, pain, cramps, ankle reflex weakened and nervous system symp- i toms were improved significantly. There were significant improvements in nerve conduction velocity and blood flow veloci- ty, and there were no significant adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion： Mudan Particles treatment of diabetic distal symmetric polyneuropathy can not only significantly improve the patients＇clinical symptoms, and can effectively im- prove the patients nerve conduction velocity, increase lower limb blood flow velocity, and it is worthy of promotion.
