摘　　要：山东省焦家金矿应用耐纳特耐磨弹性橡胶筛网代替现有钢编筛网 ,安装于 SZZ2 -1 2 50× 40 0 0振动筛上下层筛底各一套 ,经生产验证 ,满足了生产工艺要求 ,其使用寿命 ,为钢编筛网的 1 5倍以上 ,从而减少了设备停机时间 。Linatex wearproof rubber meshes replace the used steel meshes which are installed on the each bottom of upper and lower levels in the SZZ2-1 250×4 000 vibration screen.By experienee of praduction it is shown that the Linatex wearproof rubber meshes meet the needs of practical production and have the advantages of long life extending 16 times that of the steel screening meshes, shorter time of machine halt and lower noise.
