摘　　要："就地城镇化"是苏南地区城镇化的重要模式与特征。基于对苏南城镇化发展阶段和特征的分析,针对我国城镇化发展面临的突出问题,总结归纳苏南城镇化发展模式对我国当前城镇化与城乡一体化发展的现实意义,并就如何立足地区实际,科学选择城镇化路径和城镇发展方针,建设宜居宜业小城镇和小城镇建设与新农村建设同步协调发展进行了探讨。＂In-situ urbanization＂ is the Urbanization pattern and characteristic in South Jiangsu. Based on the analysis and summary of the stage and characteristic of its urbanization process. This thesis provides advices on the scientific selection of urbanization path and urban development policy based on the actual area, aimed at the prominent problems on china^s urbanization. And discuss the solutions on how to create a livable and full employment small towns and how to achieve synchronized and coordinated development on the small town and the new rural construction.
