摘　　要：住房保障制度是市场经济条件下住房政策的重要内容,是城镇社会保障体系的重要组成部分。建立和完善城镇住房保障制度关系到城镇化的健康推进与和谐社会建设。通过构建模型对城镇居民的保障房实际需求总量进行测算。测算结果表明,"十二五"期间规划建设的保障房供应量能够满足城镇居民的实际需求量。Housing security system is an important content of housing policy of the market economy and is an important part of the urban social security system. Establishment and improvement of the urban housing security system is related to the healthy urbanization and building of harmonious society. The total actual demand to protective houses of urban residents has been calculated by building up model. The outcome of calculation indicates that the protective houses supply in the periods of the twelfth five-year＇planning can meet the actual demand.
