摘 要::报道一个催化光度测定锇的简便方法。在 0 0 10mol/L硫酸和 90℃热水浴中 ,Os 催化高碘酸盐氧化丁基罗丹明B(BRB) ,用固定时间法在 5 5 5nm波长处测量BRB的吸光度降低 ,线性范围为 0~ 6 8ng/mL,检出限为 0 0 2 4ng/mL ,对 4 0ng/mLOs 测定的相对标准偏差为 1 32 % (n =11) ,导出了动力学方程 ,探讨了反应机理 ,催化反应的表观活化能为 2 14 6kJ/mol,本法已用于实际样品分析 。A simple kinetic spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of osmium. The method is based on the catalytic effect Os(Ⅳ) on the oxidation of butylrhodamine B(BRB) by periodate at 0.010mol/L H 2SO 4 and in a hot water bath. The reaction is monitored spectrophotometrically by measuring the decreasing absorbance of BRB at 555nm by the fixed-time method. A detection limit of 0.02ng/mL and linear calibration curve from 0 to 6.8ng/mL of Os(Ⅳ) is reported. The relative standard deviation for 4.0ng/mL of Os(Ⅳ) is 1.32%(n=11). A kinetic equation was derived. The reaction mechanium was discussed. The apparent activation energy of catalytic reaction is found to be 214.6kJ/mol. The method was employed in the analysis in real samples with satisfactory results.
