摘　　要：目的根据经蝶入路切除垂体瘤手术会产生并发症的现象,对这些并发症进行研究,提供帮助给临床治疗垂体瘤。方法查看并且分析院内的手术病例的资料,共319例。结果 40例尿崩症患者,25例电解质紊乱患者,21例继发性出血患者,还有7例患者术后出现视力障碍加重现象,脑脊液鼻漏患者和第Ⅲ﹑Ⅳ﹑Ⅵ颅神经麻痹分别2例,除此,2例患者感染,3例患者死亡。结论经蝶入路切除垂体瘤手术对患者的伤害较小,恢复迅速,当然也可能会出现并发症,但总体效果更佳。应该在临床上推广开来。Objective To-study the occurrence of complications and control strategies for postoperative transsphenoidal pituitary tumor operation. Methods Review and analysis the data of 319cases who received transsphenoidal pituitary tumor operation in our hospital. Results 40 patients got diabetes insipidus, 25 patients present electrolyte disorder, 21 patients occoured secondary hemorrhage, visual impairment for 7 patients aggravated postoperative, there were separately 2 cases with cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea and m, 1V, VI cranial nerve palsy, 2 cases infected, 3 patients dead. Conclusions Transsphenoidal resection of pituitary tumor operation had less damage on patients, recovery rapidly, and complications might still occured, but not so bad. So it should be oovularized in clinical treatment.
