摘　　要：随着世界政治格局的变化,文化外交已逐渐成为当代国家闻总体外交关系的重要形式之一。一个国家要想充分利用好文化外交这个重要的资源禀赋,还需要其文化影响力、综合外交实力和政府外交执行力等条件配合。近年来,文化外交在中国和俄罗斯两国的交往中扮演着越来越重要的角色。中俄文化交流表现出各级政府重视、多方积极参与、广泛搭建平台等特点。为进一步提升中俄文化交流的发展空间,需要使双方的文化交流向纵深化发展,打破新的文化交流中的不平衡现象,培训人才,扩大交流规模和提升交流水平等。在今后的发展过程中,中俄共同努力,一定能够不断挖掘两国关系的巨大潜能,推动双方文化领域的全面深度合作并取得更多的实际成果。With the changes in the pattern of world politics,cultural diplomacy has become one of the important forms of contemporary diplomatic relations among countries.In order to make full use of national cultural diplomacy,a series of factors such as cultural influential power,comprehensive strength,and the government's foreign diplomatic power are also needed.In trcent years,cultural diplomacy plays an increasingly important role in the exchanges between China and Russia.In order to furthcr enhance Sino-Russian cultural exchanges,it is necessary to resolve the problem of imbalance and elevate the level of communication.In the future,as long as China and Russia could work together,the great potential of Sino-Russia relations could be activated and more practical fruits could be expected..
