摘　　要：高校教学督导是高校教学管理的一个重要组成部分,在保证高校教学质量、服务地方经济、提高教师专业素质等方面具有十分重要的作用。本文通过对教学督导机制改革的必要性论证,提出一种适合现时代国情的服务型教学督导机制的高校教学改革设想,并提出了相应的完善措施和目标。Teaching supervision is an important part of teaching management, has a very important role in ensuring the quality of teaching, serving the local economy and improving the professional quality of teachers, and so on. Based on the necessity of teaching supervision mechanism reform demonstration, presents a situation suitable for the present era of service-oriented tea- ching supervision mechanism teaching reform, and put forward corresponding improvement measures and targets.
