摘　　要：目的：探讨X线摄影和经阴道超声对输尿管下段结石的诊断价值。方法：应用x线摄影和经阴道超声对临床35例输尿管下段鲒石患者进行检查，并对两种检查结果进行对照。结果：本组35例，其中35例经阴道超声检出，占100％；31例被X线摄影检出，占88．57％。结论：经阴道超声显像可以提高图像质量，避免各种因素的干扰，提高诊断准确率。objective： To explore the X--ray photography and transvaginal ultrasound to the diagnosis of ureteral Duan Jieshi under value. Methods： X-- ray photography and transvaginal ultrasound inspection on clinical patients with ureteral Duan Jieshi under 35, and the two results were compared. Re-sults： This group of 35 eases, among them 35 caaes transvaginal ultrasound detection, accounted for 100%; 31 cases were detected by X - ray photogra-phy,accounting for 88.57%. Conclusion： Transvaginal ultrasound imaging can improve image quality, avoid the interference of various factors, improve the diagnostic accuracy.
